Digartref Ynys Môn runs a Schools Homelessness Awareness Programme, delivering presentations to young people and enabling them to become more informed about homelessness, how young people can become homeless and what services are there to help them. Available to the island’s secondary schools, youth clubs and to any organisations working with young people across Anglesey.

Conwy and Denbighshire
The Youth Homeless Outreach Officer offers interactive workshops in schools, colleges and any youth groups in the area. Young people up to 24 years of age can learn about a host of housing issues and independent living. Sessions are completely flexible and adaptable and can be tailored to different age groups and settings. The Housemate resources are used as a basis for the sessions, complemented by local information.
