Money

Money is a huge issue when it comes to housing. How much money you have affects the choices you have about where you live. Unless you are lucky enough to have a well-paid job or a family that can support you, chances are you’ll have limited cash to pay for housing. If you’re not working, there are limits on Welfare Benefits that can make it difficult to find and stay in your home.

It’s not just about being able to afford the rent and bills when you are actually living in your own place either. If you are renting from a private landlord, you will be expected to pay some money in advance.
